Board meeting held at Fooyiu Restaurant at 7:30pm on July 1,2002

Present:

Absent:

  1. Manny Arriola
  2. Bobby Makahilig

Minutes:

  1. All board members do a canvas of prices for the cost of T-shirts for PBAM.
  2. Canvas the cost of trophies for August tournament.
  3. Fines to board members who are:
    bulletabsent is Php 500.00
    bulletlate is Php 300.00
  4. Ask Dennis Leyva with regard to printing of receipts.
  5. Cecil Sales of the screening committee start screening new applicants for the next tournament.
  6. Letter asking for donations be sent to people and establishments.
  7. Next meeting slated at July 8, 2002.

Meeting adjourned at around 9:30 pm of the same day.
