Board meeting held at Singya Restaurant at 8:30pm on June 21,2002

Minutes:

1. Fellowship to be held on June 28 in honor of birthday celebrants. Celebrants are encouraged to donate food or money for the affair.
2. Draft a letter for the Coronado Management regarding sign chits of PBAM members. PBAM board does not condone and is not answerable for the sign chits of its members. PBAM will try to help Coronado Management in collecting from its members by sanctioning its members who have sign chits.
3. Tournament will be held on August 23,24,30,31. Format is nine (9) ball. Initial title is "Balls of August"
4. Next officers will be inducted by the present board to set a trend of inducting incoming officers.
5. Sim card to be purchased for Ipe Mendoza.
6. Next meeting slated for July 1.

Meeting adjourned at around 9:30 pm of the same day.
